Credit Card Fraud: We shall only process purchase orders when shipping and credit card addresses match. If you are sending the product as a "gift" to someone located somewhere other than the credit card owner's address, we require a separate email confirming specified addresses.
Turnaround Time: After submitting your order, shipping usually follows the next business day. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for orders within Canada and the USA. Overseas orders, please allow an average of 21 days. For shipping costs, refer to Shipping Information.
International Customers: A minimum of US$50.00 total purchase cost shall be required for customers outside North America.
Size Information: All sizes specified are waistline measurements in inches.
Return Policy: Due to health reasons, all sales are final, however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the product (within 15 days after receipt) in its original condition (not been worn or laundered). Shipping charges are not refundable for returns. Exchanges to a different size or product is accepted at no extra shipping charge. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and packages must be properly shipped back to us. Refunds are processed once the returned product is received.
